There were a couple of reasons why I started this photoblog. Mainly it's because well...I just got myself an iPhone 4s at that time and wanted to take pictures with it. I was also inspired by my good bud, the Killer Gerbil...who has been documenting his life daily for a good couple of years now (check out his link on the side).
But anyway, 365 days later, I decided to move on and post up my last entry.
The whole ride has been pretty interesting. It's funny because for the past year, I've set aside a good 30 minutes of my life looking through random pictures that I took over the course of 24 hours, picked out the best six, tried to make them look presentable, before posting them up for the whole world to see. And I remembered thinking that if I was going to do this...then I have to do it right. But at most times I found myself choosing pictures that doesn't necessarily represent my day. I don't know why that is. I wouldn't want to to think it's because I'm an introvert or anything or that I'm shy. I also found myself cropping out faces of people I know and wondering whether if they would mind if they were to appear on my stupid photoblog. I also realise that I suck at taking pictures.
But it's been a cool ride. Although, they were days when the whole thing became more like a chore. I'm definitely open to the idea of restarting this blog but we'll see how it goes.
